..."Dr. Joe he is a natural healer who goes out of his way to ensure you get the treatment you need to achieve your goal(s) to full recovery"
I have been going to Dr. Joe for a few years now and I just can't say enough great things about him so I'll try to keep this short and to the point. Dr. Joe is the "Real Deal" in terms of caring for his patients and not being the type who "Chases the Buck" so to speak. He asks questions and listens to what your issue is and gets right to the source. He then applies his expertise and puts you well on the road to recovery. What I found compelling about his treatment was the follow-up post recovery. He actually called me directly and asked how I was making out and how things were going regarding my related fitness test which was one of the main drivers for visiting him initially. I know I promised to keep things short though to sum up Dr. Joe he is a natural healer who goes out of his way to ensure you get the treatment you need to achieve your goal(s) to full recovery. Thank you Dr. Joe for being a cut above the rest and caring!!

..."I would recommend all my family and friends to see Dr. Joe and his team at Full Function Rehab."
I discovered Dr. Joe by luck bysearching google in June 2014. I needed to find someone close to me who did ART therapy for a bad case of rotator cuff syndrome. I am so fortunate to have Come across his add. Joe has been able to give me great pain relief by performing ART on my shoulder, and allow me to continue an active life style. More recently I have crawled into his clinic with severe lower back pain, and within 15 minutes Joe has me feeling good as new. In addition all his staff make you feel welcome and comfortable in their first class facility. I would recommend all my family and friends to see Dr. Joe and his team at Full Function Rehab.

..."Knowledgeable Care That Truly Makes a Difference"
I have had a fantastic experience with the physiotherapist, Harshada. My experience with her has been fantastic. I have experienced a significant improvement in a short time. She is truly a blessing. Harshada is gentle, knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a pelvic floor physiotherapist. You will be in good hands!
The receptionist is also welcoming and extremely professional. The clinic is very clean with a positive atmosphere.

Full Function Rehab uses rehabilitative methodologies and techniques proven to accelerate recovery, restore balance and improve your everyday performance. Get the most of your sports rehabilitation with comprehensive, safe and proactive approach designed for your full recovery. Ideal for:
What shall I bring with me?
Bring your doctor’s referral if you have one. Though it is not necessary for sports rehabilitation, your insurance provider may require you to have a doctor’s referral for your coverage benefits. Bring along forms that your insurance provider may require.
How will sports rehab help me?
Accurate assessment by qualified sports rehab therapist allows you to find the right program for your specific condition. The first stage of the process involves targeting the pain, promoting healing and eventually, progressive reconditioning so you can get back to the activities you love. Our multi-disciplinary team also establishes patient education programs so you can avoid future re-injuries and to help you maintain mobility, flexibility, balance and coordination.
How long does my treatment take?
Sports rehab sessions depend on your specific condition and the program administered by your therapist. Generally, each therapy session takes 30 minutes.
Will I need follow up visits or maintenance care?
Typically, yes, but not always. The number of visits depends on the severity of your condition and the rehabilitation plan for your case. Your compliance to your treatment program also affects the length and success of your rehabilitation.
Should I put heat or ice on this injury?
Until you see us, and we are better able to assess the injury it is often a good idea to try using the R.I.C.E. principle (Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation above the heart). This isn't to say that all injuries need ice, but it will often help in the reduction of swelling in the acute phase which can help limit tissue damage. Ice should be applied for 10-15 minutes up to once an hour, but should not be applied for more than 20 minutes at a time because this can reverse the effects. If you are dealing with a long standing problem, or you have tried icing and you did not feel any improvement and you do not see any signs of acute swelling then you may want to try application of heat to the area.
